What Our Clients Say

When my awning flew off the roof of my mobile home in 75 mph winds i was fortunate to have met Paul Dix. Paul provided me with excellent service and professionalism immediately. He is an expert in this field and took about 10 minutes before declaring a settlement…

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge? And, how do you get paid?
Our standard fee is 15% of the total settlement we are able to recover for you when you call us immediately after you experience a loss. You pay us when you get paid. Our fee can be as low as 10% or as high as 50%, depending upon your unique claim situation. This will be thoroughly addressed in our FREE initial consultation and will be stated clearly in the final contract.
I need help NOW! How soon can we meet?
Our response time typically ranges from 1-4 hours after you initially contact us. You can call, text, or email, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are standing by awaiting your call.
What do I need to provide to you when we meet?
The first thing an adjuster must do is to confirm coverage by reviewing your actual insurance policy. A policy typically has three primary components: 1) a policy jacket or booklet, 2) a declarations page(s), and 3) any endorsements to your policy. More often than not, our customers have located the Declarations Page from their most recent policy renewal, but not the other two components. Some insurance companies include the policy jacket in their renewal packet, but many do not, so check your files for all three components. If you are unable to locate them, we will help you order a certified copy of your entire policy. (If you are reading this and have not had a loss, you can speed up any future claims process by having these documents currently in your possession and readily available for our review.)
